In cubicles the DeskTracker implements FileTrail's Passive Tracking concept, automatically
updating the locations of Evidence as they move. Our clients with coverage at every desktop
never lose a Evidence and never search for Evidence.

The RFDeskTracker automates self-check-out in open Evidence Rooms or where after-hours
access is permitted. Staff simply present their existing security badges and all Evidence
they are holding are read and checked out to them - no mouse nor keyboard action required.
Passive Tracking At Every Desk
The RFDeskTracker is mounted below the desk surface, saving critical
workspace on the desk. Evidence are automatically tracked as they arrive in the cubicle without any
need for staff compliance. Employees' normal work tasks are not altered, and nothing
